Minimum positive stroke weight is 0.35 pt (0.12 mm) for letterpress and 0.5 pt for hot-foil stamping on textured cotton or linen cloth.
Supply all artwork in 100 percent K or spot Pantone Uncoated (U) vector layers with fonts outlined and 3 mm bleed on trim edges.
Within 24 hours of order confirmation, our packaging engineer supplies a custom PDF/DXF cutter guide locked to your exact object dimensions.
Every order produced by Endeavour Print & Goods Pty Ltd (ABN 75 648 291 730 · ACN 648 291 730) at 58 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010 undergoes a documented four-stage mechanical and archival inspection before leaving our Sydney pressroom. Our bindery technicians verify micrometer board calliper across 300 gsm and 600 gsm pure cotton rag sheets, check vegetable-oil Pantone ink density under standardized D50 daylight viewing booths, and test brass magnesium die impression depth across initial press proofs.
Every submitted PDF artwork file is inspected for 0.25 pt minimum hairline stroke weight, 3 mm external guillotine bleed, and accurate vector separation between blind deboss, hot-foil stamping and spot letterpress plates.
Linen folios and 1800 gsm to 2400 gsm rigid presentation boxes are pressed in climate-regulated drying racks in Surry Hills to prevent board warping across humid coastal or dry inland Australian environments.
Finished stationery, menus and presentation boxes are individually wrapped in pH-neutral tissue, packed into double-wall corrugated cartons with corner board protectors, and dispatched via StarTrack or Australia Post with GST tax documentation.
